Use the recurring GL transaction for GL transactions that repeat on a regular basis. Recuuring transaction can also be created by pressing the"Save as Recurring Journal" button in the GL journal window
The recurring GL transaction can be any type of of GL Journal. The details of the recurring are copied to the GL journal Transaction.
