The PBC Job Costing (JC) module controls the cost of jobs from budgeting to invoicing. Each job cost is separated into cost centers while separately maintaining work order costing details. Job cost are posted from time sheets, purchasing and stock transfers. Each cost center for a specific job can be budgeted for and monitoring job performance against budget is an easy important and easy task.

Variations to a job automatically alter the contract value allowing easing control of job variations.

All job transactions are immediately posted to the job costing module e.g receipt of goods from the purchasing module. If creditors invoice variances post automatic adjustments to the job costing module keeping accurate costing at all times.
