To display transaction history this option must be selected in the user preferences found on the master system menu.
Aging Table: Right click in the Aging table to view the creditors invoice totals. •Department Totals •Invoice List •Unallocated Deposits Creditors invoice listing:
Right click in the invoice table to view the creditors invoice transaction. •View Transactions •View Purchase order •Print Request for Credit Right click in the Cheques table to view: •View Cheque •Print Remittance •Print credit card remittance
For rows coloured blue indicates the cheque is current (in the cheques file) while cheques with the normal white background (as below) are cheques in the history file. Current Orders: Right click in the Orders table to view: •View Transactions •View Purchase Order
Purchases: Right click on department to view: •Purchase history by department
Transactions: Right click on transaction table to view: •Display Transaction Paid Invoices: If current is selected then only this Period invoices are displayed. Select History for all invoices. Right click in the Paid Invoice table to view: •View Transactions •View Purchase order •Print Request for Credit
Stock Items: These are items defined in the warehouse details file supplier code for this supplier. Double click on the item no to display national stock
