Enter topic text here.The time sheet function is to replace existing excel spreed sheet while having many audit checks. The time sheet data is automatically initialized with the employee list from the employee employee file for each of the selected payroll departments. The time sheet data is usually entered by the supervisor responsible for time keeping.

Each time sheet is a weekly record per payroll department and is then uploaded to the time card file for payroll processing. This reduces the amount of time to generate and process a weekly payroll.
