1.  Print stockcount sheet via locations:

    Enter warehouse

    Enter Start Location

    Enter end location

    Enter listname if default is not used. Default listname is "STOCK_COUNT_BT". If more than 1 stock take is active

    then cannot use default listname must enter listname

2.  Enter Stock count using listname above "STOCK_COUNT_BT"

    Enter STock count Qty

    Enter count date (this is only required for the first entry all subsequent entries will have a default date)

    Press Update Count and the next item wiill be displayed

    Continue updating stock count until first item is again displayed

3.  Print Stock count variance report using listname above.

4.  After approval of variance post stock count using listname abaove.
