SRP Installation Guide

These are the instructions to install the SRP utilities and controls.

Server installation:

1. Copy the following file to the Oinsight folder on the server.

a)        SRPControls.ocx

b)SRPLicense.dll

2. Copy SRP_Utilities_Install.exe to the network P:\temp folder

3. Register the SRPControls.ocx but must have administrator rights.

a)Run regrsvr32 p:\oinsight\SRPControls.ocx If this does not work then open the DOS command with administrator privileges and try again.

4. Run SRP_Utilities_Install.exe as copied above.

Workstation Installation:

Run regrsvr32 p:\oinsight\SRPControls.ocx on each network work station. If this does not work then open the DOS command with administrator privileges and try again.

Testing SRP Controls.

Testing Recurrence Code:

To test if all is OK go to: System Functions/Special Fix its/Test form then press the Get Recurrence Code button and select any code, press OK and the next recurrence date should be displayed on the form.

Testing Date Picker:

Go to the job scheduler and see if the calendar is displayed correctly.
