Service Schedule

The job schedule file contains all the daily scheduled events and their details.

The schedule can be manually produced or automatically generated from the job program file details and the job scope file details using the generate job schedule routine.

Once a job schedule event is entered stock items can be transferred, a schedule of equipment can be generated and a creditors purchase order may be raised.

Automatic job schedule invoice will only occur if a Service Report No is entered into the job schedule and the job schedule status is "C"losed.

For an unscheduled service call enter the scope as type "S" and a "SERVICE CALL REPORT" sheet will be printed otherwise the normal "ROUTINE MAINTENANCE" sheet will be printed.
