This routine is used to log off users who are absent from their work station in a multi user environment.
The pre requisite for this log off process to function is that the message routine must be invoked. This is because the only way to log off a user is from within the user workstation. The message routine contains the timer required to initiate the log off process.
Select the user to be logged off and when the message timer is due then this user will be logged off.
Double click on the Log Off Cell (Yes) to select the user to be logged off.
Press "Proceed Log Off" to start logging off users.
NOTE:
If the work station is in sleep mode and not responding the the log off process will not proceed.
