Overview

The inventory module is a multi warehouse multi currency system. The selling prices may be:

1.National pricing where there is a published price list and all sale prices are stored in the inventory file independent of the warehouse.

2.Warehouse pricing where each warehouse may have a different selling price. This warehouse price may be in a different currency if the warehouse is located in another country.

All the common data (description, Image, Reporting codes etc) relating to an item are stored in the Inventory file where as the Cost, qty, location, Suppliers etc are stored in the Warehouse_details file.

The costing system used by PBC is controlled by the option selected in the group Master file
