Use the interest charge routine to create general ledger debtor invoices for invoices overdue. Overdue invoices are those which are more than credit terms old. The amounts calculated are determined by the data in the debtors control file.
The debtors displayed are those with overdue invoice amounts and have a resulting interest charge greater than the minimum amount as per debtor control file.
Also, debtors with zero terms are not included in the list.
If a debtor on the list is not to be charged interest then delete the debtor before pressing the Create GL Invoice button.
