The division master details are those details printed on financial documents such as invoices, statements etc.

Messages

Invoice Message:

These are details printed on the bottom of the debtor invoice. These details usually include banking details.

Do not make the invoice message too large as this may reduce the available space for other invoice details.

Purchase Order Message:

To print a message on all purchase orders enter the message details in the division file for the appropriate division.
