General Ledger Reports

General ledger reports are details acquired from the chart of accounts (GLCHT file).

Chart of Accounts

If no department is selected then ALL departments are included in the chart of accounts report. Select the department(s) for a reduced report.

Trial Balance

The department is ignored for the trial balance. Make sure the Grand Total at the bottom of the report is ZERO.

Cash in Bank

The cash in bank report displays all bank accounts and the general ledger balance plus the unpresented chequesincluding the total expected in the physical bank account.
